7. Ordered tickets must be paid for no later than 2 weeks before the opening date of the congress and cannot be returned. Ordered tickets cannot be exchanged for complimentary tickets. Purchased tickets are transferable. For this purpose we require the names of the person ordering and the new ticket-holder, allowing the latter to pick up the personalized ticket(s) at check-in.
